Notices of regular meetings for the City and Community Development Agency are required to be published in the Papillion Times.  In addition notices are posted at City Hall and on the City website.  The paper failed to publish notice of the June 21 meeting.  Therefore items from this meeting were placed on the July 19, 2016 meeting for action.
