Brief Description - For the purpose of hearing testimony of support, opposition, criticism, suggestions or observations for: 1) Public Hearing for a Conditional Use Permit (CUP) for Nebraska Impact Volleyball Club to operate an indoor recreation facility on Lot 2, I-80 Industrial Park Replat 1, located at 8619 S. 137th Circle, Sarpy County, NE; and 2) Public Hearing for Cimarron Terrace Final Planned Unit Development (PUD), Final Plat and Conditional Use Permit (CUP) located at Lot 380, Cimarron Woods a subdivision in the N ½ of Section 16, Township 14N, Range 12E of the 6th P.M., Sarpy County, NE.
