National Citizen Survey Information
The City of La Vista will soon be participating in The National Citizen Survey™, a customized process that collects, analyzes and reports data back to the City regarding its performance in a variety of areas.

This will be La Vista’s second time participating in the survey process. When last conducted in 2007, residents overwhelmingly said their largest concern for the city was related to 84th Street. Since then, the City has adopted a redevelopment vision for the corridor and is in the beginning stages of implementation.

Since this is the City’s second time conducting the survey, the data collected will provide elected officials and staff a very important progress update in key areas.

The survey will be sent to 1,200 randomly selected La Vista residents who will receive a postcard in early January letting them know they have been selected to participate. A copy of the survey will be delivered one week later and a follow-up survey will be sent prior to the due date.

Survey questions will ask residents to rate La Vista’s quality of life, demographics, quality and use of municipal services and local policies.

Final survey results will be released later this year.

If you have been randomly selected to participate, you will receive:
