City Clerk Information

Staff members are reporting to work and are available to answer questions and offer assistance via phone and email on Monday through Thursday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m., and on Friday, 8:00 a.m. – Noon.

All functions of the City Clerk’s Department are operating as usual with the exception of peddler/hawker permits (Door-to-Door sales). At this time, for the protection of the public, no peddler/hawker permits are being issued.

For residents and businesses needing to submit a payment, payments can be mailed, dropped in the overnight drop box located by the front door of City Hall, or made through one of the online payment portals if applicable.


City Council Meetings

Governor Pete Ricketts issued Executive Order No. 20-03 – Corona Virus – public meeting requirement limited waiver. Such order allows for the governing body to conduct virtual meetings.

Residents can dial-in to the virtual City Council meetings by calling 1-877-820-7831 and using the passcode 9920479. City Council meetings are held the first and third Tuesdays of each month at 6:00 p.m.
